DR Horton is continuing to increase their footprint in Greeley, this time at Westgate, a mixed-use project located on 84.4 acres at the NWC 71st Ave/Hwy 34 Bypass. This is kiddie-corner from UC Health’s Greeley Hospital, as shown on the map, and will consist of 190 single-family homes. New homes are scheduled to be ready by Fall 2023.
The project also will include 288 multi-family units being developed by Continental Properties called Authentix Greeley. Authentix Greeley is a garden-style community featuring open-concept floor plans, contemporary apartment finishes, and are pet friendly.
