Greeley’s Economic Health & Housing (EHH) Director, Benjamin Snow, attended the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Marketplace Convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center, May 22-24, 2022.  At the conference, Snow met and networked with leaders in the Marketplace Industry, including retailers, restauranteurs, entertainment, and hospitality sectors. There are still areas within Greeley that lack vital retail services. The goal over the next few years is to fill this gap in Greeley’s local marketplace.

ICSC Las Vegas is the premier event for the ICSC and takes place annually in May. It is a two- to three-day gathering of retailers, developers, dealmakers, and industry experts, who are driving innovation and evolution in the Marketplaces Industry. Following the disruption of the pandemic the past couple of years, this year’s convention represents a recalibration within the industry and a return to the annual convention.
