Burlington Stores will open a new location in the Greeley Commons Shopping Center (located at the southwest corner of 47th Avenue and Hwy 34) this fall. Tenant improvements have already begun as they convert the former Bed, Bath & Beyond space to a new store. Burlington joins Big 5, Michaels, Petco, Sprouts, Old Navy, and several other retailers, bringing the center occupancy to 94%. Despite several anticipated delays in the national supply chain for construction materials, the new store is anticipated to open by Thanksgiving this year.
