Best Assisted Living Community
Greeley Village has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a 2023-2024 Best Assisted Living Community. The ratings offer a look at the best senior living communities across the United States, to assist older adults and their loved ones when researching and choosing the right senior living community for them. U. S. News rated each community on several criteria, including resident and family members’ satisfaction with safety, care, community management and staff, value, and other services and amenities provided by the community.
Good Jobs, Great Cities
The City of Greeley is one of 17 cities selected by the National League of Cities (NLC) to participate in the Good Jobs, Great Cities Learning Network. This program is a collaboration between NLC and the Department of Labor (DOL). Its purpose is to help the City take advantage of next-generation economic development opportunities made possible by investments from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the Inflation Reduction Act.
Through the Learning Network, the City will receive resources and assistance to secure federal grants that can boost economic development. They will learn from other cities and national providers and also gain access to tools and resources provided by the NLC and DOL. These resources will help the City speed up its efforts to promote workforce success in key local industries.
