Greeley-based Journey Homes has begun building Phase 2 of their Promontory neighborhood, including a 9.4 acre neighborhood park (with a playground, baseball court, shelter, and pickleball courts) and 164 new single-family homes. Combined with Phase 1, the overall project will include 361 homes.
The pricing of Phase 2 homes range from $440-530K. All homes are anticipated to be sold out by the end of the year, despite higher interest rates and a slowing economy.
Greeley still enjoys a competitive price advantage over many of our northern Colorado peers, and this project’s sales’ success is indicative of that trend.
